Process Engineer

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the manufacturing and development teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $95 - $125 Hourly

** What's the Job?*
* + Responsible for ensuring metallurgical and NDT conformance to customer and internal specifications for all Triaxcast and machined products.

+ Maintain and improve existing products, develop new products, and create efficient processes to ensure product compliance.

+ Provide timely and accurate support to manufacturing needs through individual efforts and teamwork under the guidance of the Engineering Manager.

+ Support process development, monitor yield improvements, and support all facets of part process engineering.

+ Interface with customers and represent the company as a steward of quality and process excellence.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in an engineering field with a minimum of 10 years of investment casting industry experience.

+ At least 5 years in an engineering capacity with process engineering responsibility from tool build through production of multiple part numbers.

+

Experience with defect identification, pareto analysis, and MRB review in investment casting processes.

+ Hands-on experience with aerospace and industrial gas turbine airfoil components, including vacuum cast vanes and blades.

+ Proficiency in reading casting blueprints, material specifications, and component specifications, along with computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
