We are recruiting for mid-level and senior engineers (Levels 2-6) with a background in GNC (Guidance, Navigation, and Controls) Engineering.

• Active Secret or higher US Government clearance (active and in scope)
• Design, develop, implement, verify, and test high-quality software and simulation tool chains
• Work on a 6 degree of freedom (6
  
  DOF) simulation to design and test missile flight code
• Work with 6
  
  DOF simulation models to evaluate system performance
• Experience with missile flight dynamics, autopilot and guidance design, and implementation into missile flight code
• Experience with various trajectory optimization software and tools

In these roles, you will be developing systems for a variety of advanced missile defense spacecraft and interceptors using current technologies and others yet to come!

Primary Level Salary Range: $79,300.00 - $. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
