We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commissioning Manager to oversee the commissioning processes for our state‑of‑the‑art data center facilities. This role is critical in ensuring that all systems and equipment are installed, tested, and functioning according to design specifications and operational requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commissioning, project management, and technical expertise, with a focus on delivering high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the commissioning process for data center projects, ensuring all systems meet performance and operational standards.
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures in alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Coordinate with design, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and equipment.
- Conduct and oversee testing, inspections, and performance verification of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the commissioning process, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed commissioning reports, documentation, and handover packages for stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, contractors, and vendors throughout the commissioning lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and best practices in all commissioning activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in commissioning or project management are a plus.
- Proven experience in commissioning management, preferably within data center or mission‑critical environments.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, as well as relevant industry standards and codes.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in commissioning software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Oversee daily commissioning activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, inspect installations, and verify system performance.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to address technical challenges and ensure smooth execution.
- Review and approve commissioning documentation, including test plans, checklists, and reports.
- Facilitate meetings and provide regular updates to project stakeholders on commissioning status and milestones.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing and commissioning phases.
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are upheld throughout the commissioning process.
