Mechanical Process Piping Or Mep / Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor / Estimator
Use Excel for pricing and takeoffs done in typically Blue Beam or 3D modeling
Heavy process piping scopes
Develop budget estimates by performing accurate quantity take offs using plans and specifications, or conceptual information.
Review, interpret and accurately estimate the scope of assigned work as described in the project documents.
Apply unit costs and productivity rates, as provided by supervisor.
Develop and nurture subcontractor and client relationships.
Prepare subcontractor analysis sheets for assigned scope of work.
Evaluate changes and subcontractor change order estimates. Provide expertise in all phases of construction work.
Perform other duties that are reasonably associated with the above essential functions and additional duties assigned by supervisor.
Estimation, MEP, Construction, Mechanical Process, Excel, Cost Consultant, Project Budgets, Mechanical, Piping Systems
Mechanical Process Piping / MEP background, within Semiconductor preferred
5+ years of experience
Have estimating experience in hi-tech construction
Strong excel skills - must be fast paced, high volume commercial construction
Must be able to communicate and collaborate
Intermediate knowledge of Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook.
Advanced skill level with Excel.
Knowledge of On Screen Takeoff estimating software is a plus.
Success Estimating Software knowledge is a plus.
This is a contract to hire position based out of Chandler, AZ.
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/hr.
