Collectively, they provide technical guidance and perform planning, risk assessment, inspections and monitoring, training, and data management.

Job Summary:

The Industrial Hygienist is responsible for managing a comprehensive industrial hygiene program on  a project. This role ensures all IH requirements are integrated into project planning, design, construction, and operations, maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards. #LI-AE2

# Major Responsibilities:

+ Serve as the primary IH interface with the client, supporting audits, governance reviews, and risk‑based decision‑making.

+ Establish, monitor, and enforce IH requirements for subcontractors, including onboarding, field verification, corrective actions, and escalation.

+ Lead IH risk management associated with hazardous chemicals, high‑purity systems, cleanroom interfaces, and simultaneous construction and owner activities typical of semiconductor fabrication facilities.

+ Develop, implement, and oversee industrial hygiene plans, procedures, and methodologies tailored to project needs.

+ Advise project leadership on IH‑related risks and trade‑offs, influencing planning and execution decisions in high‑pressure environments.

+ Integrate IH requirements into all phases of the project, including planning, design, construction, and subcontractor management.

+ Conduct risk assessments, inspections, sampling, and monitoring to identify hazards and verify compliance.

+ Provide technical guidance and support for IH studies, emergency response, and incident investigations.

+ Prepare and deliver clear documentation, reports, and training for project teams and stakeholders.

+ Collaborate with ESH teams and other project groups to resolve issues and ensure alignment with broader safety and health objectives.
