Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the manufacturing and development teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with investment casting, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Responsible for ensuring metallurgical and NDT conformance to customer and internal specifications for all Triaxcast and machined products.
• Maintain and improve existing products, develop new products, and create efficient processes to ensure product compliance.
• Provide timely and accurate support to manufacturing needs through individual efforts and teamwork under the guidance of the Engineering Manager.
• Support process development, monitor yield improvements, and support all facets of part process engineering.
• Interface with customers and represent the company as a steward of quality and process excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field with a minimum of 10 years of investment casting industry experience.
• At least 5 years in an engineering capacity with process engineering responsibility from tool build through production of multiple part numbers.
• Experience with defect identification, pareto analysis, and MRB review in investment casting processes.
• Hands-on experience with aerospace and industrial gas turbine airfoil components, including vacuum cast vanes and blades.
• Proficiency in reading casting blueprints, material specifications, and component specifications, along with computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
