Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance

• The Engineer CAD CAM 2 will work within the customer’s Design group and be responsible for creating drawing/design packages with proper content and ensuring compliance with applicable industry and military standards.
• Duties include reviewing designs for fit, function, manufacturability, and economy of fabrication.
• Review tolerance analysis, hardware selection, and fitment on assembly prints.
• Resolve interpretation issues on drawings as a GD&T specialist.
• Verify 3D models submitted for manufacturing using Siemens NX 2412 managed with Teamcenter.
• Serve as liaison with engineering disciplines, Manufacturing, Quality, and vendors.
• Model fully defined components and assemblies efficiently using Siemens NX 2412 managed with Teamcenter and create/revise parametric drawings in conformance with ASME modeling and drawing standards.
• Create and review mechanical drawings with appropriate personnel, verifying completed work, checking dimensions, materials, and quantities.
• Produce mechanical models using NX 2412 managed with Teamcenter.
• Create/revise parametric drawings in conformance with ASME 3D modeling and drawing standards.
• May supervise and direct the activities of staff, as requested.
• Perform related duties as assigned or required.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Word, Excel, Windows, and NX 2412.
• Show strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Work quickly and accurately under schedule pressure, exhibiting patience.
• Display strong time management and organizational skills.

• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
