Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a Senior Roadway Project Engineer to spearhead a massive infrastructure initiative in Chandler, AZ. This is an elite opportunity to join a premier transportation engineering team on a landmark $180 million project. Spanning 12 miles and featuring five complex interchanges—including a major diamond interchange—this two-year initiative is a career-defining project that will shape Arizona's future mobility.

We are looking for a technical leader who can transition seamlessly between advanced roadway design and high-level client advocacy. This role is designed for a Licensed PE who thrives on technical rigor, mentorship, and the management of high-profile infrastructure assets.

• Advanced Design Leadership: Lead the engineering design for roadway and transportation projects, including the creation of complex drawings, technical reports, and regulatory documentation.
• Large-Scale Project Execution: Manage technical deliverables for a 12-mile, $180M infrastructure project, ensuring all 5 interchanges meet safety and resilience standards.
• Project Management Support: Develop project scopes, budgets, and design approaches; supervise resources and schedules in close coordination with Project Managers.
• Client Advocacy: Act as the primary technical representative in client meetings, fostering strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Provide high-level technical oversight and mentorship to junior staff, ensuring all deliverables meet the firm's standards for excellence.
• Business Development: Support growth initiatives through technical proposal preparation and participation in high-stakes client interviews.
• Complex Problem Solving: Apply advanced engineering principles to mitigate utility impacts and solve design bottlenecks in rail transit and roadway segments.
