We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Roadway Project Engineer to join our transportation engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex roadway, transit, and infrastructure projects that improve mobility, safety, and resilience in communities across Arizona. As a senior engineer, you will play a key role in project delivery, from advanced roadway design to client-facing responsibilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Arizona (or ability to obtain quickly). 8+ years of progressive experience in roadway and transportation engineering. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar design software. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Compensation:
Competitive pay ($102,000–$145,000/year)
