Job Description

We specialize in designing and manufacturing high‑performance integrated circuits, focusing on precision analog‑to‑digital converters (ADCs), DigiPOTs, DACs, Temperature Sensors, and Voltage References (Vrefs) for a wide range of applications in telecommunications, medical devices, instrumentation, and aerospace.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Validation projects.
- Collaborate internationally with groups such as Architecture, IP Design, Analog Library, FA, Product Engineering, and Test Engineering.
- Analog circuit PCB design.
- Create, maintain, and review test procedures and validation plans.
- Implement automated lab test bench setups using NI Lab View.
- Python code development.
- Communicate weekly status updates to peers and leadership.
- Perform bench‑level testing and characterization, analyzing performance across various operating conditions.
- Troubleshoot and debug new ICs to identify root causes of failures and work with the design team to implement solutions.
- Document validation results and provide comprehensive reports, including recommendations for product improvements.
- Support the creation of datasheets and application notes by providing accurate performance data.
- Participate in design reviews and provide validation perspectives to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7.5 years of hands‑on experience in validation or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of semiconductors (DAC, SAR ADC, Delta‑Sigma ADC, Pipeline ADC, Op‑Amp, Comparator, DigiPOT, Temp sensor, etc.) and their applications.
- Proficiency with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, Audio Precision, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and automated test equipment NI PXIe.
- Experience with scripting and automation of test processes (Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
