Basic Job Purpose

As an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist at Amorworks, you will play a vital role in protecting the well‑being of our employees and the environment. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS policies and programs that align with both regulatory requirements and company standards.

• Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Deliver engaging training to employees on safety protocols and best practices.
• Support the development and maintenance of environmental procedures and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including hazardous waste management, wastewater discharge, stormwater protection, and air permitting.

• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives related to health, safety, and environmental performance.

• Provide hands‑on support for incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Travel up to 25% may be required to support other facilities or projects.

This position reports to the Regional EHS Manager and plays a key role in supporting company‑wide EHS efforts.
