NXP in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Plasma Etch Process Engineer (G4) to sustain and improve plasma etch processes, meeting safety, quality, cycle time, cost, and yield objectives in a semiconductor fabrication environment.
You will develop and qualify recipes, analyze data, drive RCA, implement corrective actions, and work with equipment engineering, manufacturing, metrology, yield, and integration teams to support production goals and continuous improvement.
