NXP’s Front End Operations seeks a Photolithography Process Engineer for a high-volume semiconductor wafer manufacturing environment. Prior semiconductor process experience is required.
Experience with ASML Scanner, Canon Stepper, TEL ACT 8 or Mark 7 track, and KLA 8100 CDSEM or Archers is highly desirable. Responsibilities include reducing scrap, writing standard work for Out of Control Action Plans, and applying Six-Sigma SPC for process improvement.
