Sales and Engineering support of testing equipment

Develop and optimize manufacturing and test processes, including test plans and workflows for semiconductor devices on SW platform; design and refine test methodologies and measurement techniques to improve high-reliability production, yield, performance, and production efficiency; troubleshoot and resolve test and process-related issues, supporting customers and production teams; support implementation and scale-up of test solutions and equipment from R&D into manufacturing; analyze test data and benchmark performance against industry standards and competitor solutions;

serve as liaison between engineering, production, and customers to ensure testing and product requirements are met; collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches and operational planning; and drive continuous improvement of test and measurement processes based on production feedback and evolving business needs.

Require:
Masters degree in electrical engineering or industrial engineering; 2 years experience in job offered or as an Equipment Engineer at a semiconductor manufacturer. Experience in Work-in-Progress (WIP) data analysis and resolving critical fab equipment issues to maintain high-reliability production.
