Mechanical Designer – Chandler

Position Summary Candidate will be responsible for calculations and the design of material handling systems. Additional duties include the specification and procurement of materials and equipment.

• Coordinate with other disciplines on the design and development of projects.
• Assist engineers with equipment selection and arrangement.
• Perform site inspections and have direct interaction with clients.

• A minimum of 2 years relative engineering design experience is required.
• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Working knowledge and experience using AutoCAD, 3D modeling such as Inventor and /or Revit, and MS office.
• Candidate must be able to travel, domestically & internationally, to other M3 offices and project sites to provide field support for new and ongoing projects.
• Must be able to work in a project team and maintain a project schedule, be a self-starter, detailed-oriented and have exceptional organizational skills.
• Must be able to interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner and work in a team environment sharing roles and responsibilities, with limited supervision.
• A valid passport or the ability to obtain one is required.
