Job Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in the sustaining, analysis and improvement of semiconductor products and solutions.
- Monitor electrical device operation to assure conformance to quality standards and engineering specifications.
- Help troubleshoot complex process, quality and yield problems.
- Design experiments, collect data, and analyze results.
- Participate in technical reviews and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve individual and shared goals.
- Learn and apply industry-standard tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and other project documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support engineering initiatives.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong academic record and a genuine interest in semiconductors, electronics, or embedded systems.
- Basic understanding of Analog, Logic, Power, and/or NVM devices is preferred.
- Basic understanding of device physics and semiconductor operation is preferred.
- Basic understanding of statistical process control and usage of statistics analysis software (Minitab, JMP, etc) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a diverse and dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
