Job Description:

Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Commercial Loan Closing. Review and analyze basic or tactical Commercial Loan Closing assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Provide information to client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Proficiency in LoanIQ
• Commercial loans booking/ funding- operations experience
• Strong understanding of commercial loan credit agreements
• Knowledge of AFS is a plus desired, not required

Project Details:

• This contractor will be supporting day-to-day operations within Commercial lending as they convert systems from AFS to LoanIQ.

Duties:

• Booking and funding commercial loans in LoanIQ
• Respond to requests from other LOBs to post funds in internal systems and handle money movement activites
• Reduce learning curve of LoanIQ adoption among the staff as production continues
