Overview

You will adopt a friendly approach and use your analytical skills to offer a people‑centric experience for branch clients.

Responsibilities
  • Listen to clients’ needs and resolve complex situations.
  • Give advice and offer appropriate solutions for personal and small‑business clients to meet their transaction, investment, personal financing, insurance, and estate‑planning needs.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for their specific needs.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk‑management rules.
  • Obtain and maintain a mutual‑fund representative licence to expand responsibilities and perform mutual‑fund transactions (if not already licensed).
  • Work with a team of experts specializing in investment, mortgage financing, and other areas.
  • Report to the Branch Manager and collaborate with the branch team.

The branch is open one evening a week, with a flexible schedule that varies according to team availability.

Prerequisites and Skills
  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Advisory service experience.
  • Inclusive attitude and openness to diversity.
  • French language proficiency.
  • Competencies in brand ambassadorship, client education, driving results, funding, insurance, investments, mortgage lending, personal banking, proposal generation, readiness, small business, teamwork, treasury management, client engagement, and client‑focused work.
