As an entry‑level ABM you will complete an 18‑24 month on‑the‑job paid training program that teaches branch operations and management. After training you will manage your own branch and then, when promoted, you may relocate to lead a branch manager position. Your main focus is helping customers meet financial goals. You actively seek opportunities to originate new loan business by contacting customers, listening to their needs, and recommending the best loan and voluntary product solutions.

You educate customers on credit improvement and debt consolidation, guide them through the loan application process, and make payment reminder calls when needed. You evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, make credit decisions, administer loan closings, and process insurance claims. You assist the Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and implementing sales plans that promote our core values and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

• Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Sales or related field).
• 1 year or more of customer‑facing sales experience (e.g., retail sales, incentive‑based) preferred but not required.
• Spanish speaking skills desirable but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast‑paced environment and navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history, and pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
• Eligibility to hold insurance licensing and meet state requirements.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion to Branch Manager. Full relocation package available for moves more than 50 miles.
