Job Summary

The Investments Asset Transfer Processor provides business support to Bank of America and Merrill clients and internal partners with incoming and outgoing money and asset transfer requests. The role focuses on document review, communication, and risk management to ensure secure and accurate processing of transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Review and process transaction documents in accordance with established procedures.
  • Communicate with internal partners and clients via email and outbound calls to resolve incomplete transaction requests.
  • Maintain a high risk and fraud prevention mindset to protect client accounts and minimize company risk or loss.
  • Handle routine operational functions such as analysis, report generation, opening new accounts, trade processing, payment processing, and data entry.
  • Assist with phone calls, email boxes, and processing queues as needed.
