Salary: $140,000–$150,000 + 30% bonus

• Oversee financial operations across three locations
• Partner with operations and executive leadership to drive financial performance
• Ensure SOX compliance and maintain strong internal controls
• Manage multi-location accounting, including inventory oversight
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning

• 8+ years of experience in accounting/finance within manufacturing or CPG
• Background as a Plant Controller or multi‑location Controller strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and public company environment
• CPA preferred but not required
