As a Relationship Manager within PNC's Business Banking organization, you will be based in our Greater Phoenix Market.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
  • Acquire, expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen the share of wallet.
  • Originate, conduct financial analysis, negotiate and document credit and non‑credit products and services.
  • Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients.
  • Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
  • Provide ideas and insights based on an understanding of clients’ needs and financial well‑being.
  • Increase client engagement and loyalty.
  • Build an effective network of internal and external relationships, such as community and industry relationships, to acquire new clients or expand existing ones and enhance the client experience.
  • Present the full range of PNC’s products and services to clients.
  • Leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.
  • Analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk by utilizing knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s) and experience (including military service).
  • 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
  • Preferred certifications are desirable.
  • Strong business acumen, client relationship management and customer experience management.
  • Excellent financial analysis, decision making, critical thinking and effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in prospecting, selling and leveraging technology.
  • Experience with credit processes and products is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently under higher degree of supervision.
