Greet clients entering the branch and manage lobby flow with a tablet; check clients into the waiting queue; schedule/cancel client meetings;
Provide account servicing and maintenance; open new accounts; comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and digital tooling (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs);
Build trusted relationships with clients through active listening and product knowledge; collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals;
Perform branch operations such as handling cash devices (e.g., cash vault, ATM) in accordance with bank policies
