Financial Analyst 2

• Support enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
• Analyze cost drivers, manage budgets, explain variances, and deliver insights for decision-making
• Own corporate-level forecasts, budget support, and long-range planning cycles
• Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting financial results
• Build and maintain financial models for business cases and strategic initiatives
• Prepare executive-ready materials and collaborate with various teams for data accuracy

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 3-6 years of experience in Corporate FP&A or Corporate Finance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, FP&A processes and financial data structures
• Experience supporting FP&A Centers of Excellence or shared services models
• Advanced Excel skills; FP&A or BI tools experience preferred

Demonstrates expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, with a strong ability to build financial models and prepare executive-ready materials. Proficient in analyzing cost drivers and managing budgets to support strategic decision-making.
