Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an AB Relationship Banker - Contractor for a leading banking client. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for a portfolio of property management and community association clients, helping them maximize the value of treasury management and banking solutions. The ideal candidate will provide white-glove customer service, assist with account maintenance, resolve operational and payment-related inquiries, and train clients on various banking platforms and products.

• 1+ years of experience in Treasury Management, Branch Banking Operations, or related banking environment
• High school diploma required
• Working knowledge of general banking operations or including deposit accounts or treasury products
• Understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Banking, or related field
• Experience with treasury management products and services
• Commercial banking experience
• Experience supporting lockbox inquiries and payment research
• Prior account opening and maintenance experience
• Association/property management industry experience
