Financial Analyst

Vaco has partnered with an exciting organization to hire a Financial Analyst in Chandler, Arizona!

$85,000-$90,000 base salary + bonus (depending on experience)

Chandler, AZ (Primarily Remote Schedule)

• Flexible work environment with limited on-site requirements (1-2 days per month in office)

• Prepare and analyze recurring financial reports to support business performance reviews
• Assist with budget planning, forecasting activities, and long-range financial projections
• Develop analytical models used to evaluate business performance and operational initiatives
• Produce management reporting and KPI dashboards using Excel and business intelligence tools
• Monitor financial results, identify performance trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Investigate variances and provide recommendations based on underlying business drivers
• Generate actionable insights from large and complex data sets
• Partner with accounting and operational teams to improve reporting accuracy and decision support
• Deliver financial presentations and analysis to leadership teams
• Contribute to process improvements and ongoing reporting enhancements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Required)
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or similar analytical role (Required)
• Experience supporting a manufacturing or product-based business environment (Preferred)
• Advanced Excel capabilities including lookups, pivot tables, formulas, and financial reporting functions
• Knowledge of financial statements and key financial performance metrics
• Experience creating financial models and performing ad hoc analysis
• Understanding of accounting principles, general ledger activity, and financial reporting processes
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and explain business performance
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment
