Advanced Neurologic Rehabilitation in Chandler, AZ has a job opening for a Speech Therapist.

The Speech Therapist is responsible for outstanding delivery of Speech Therapy services including evidence-based patient care and patient engagement while following company policies.

Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CF-SLP or CCC-SLP license in the state of Arizona
• Current CPR certification

• Evaluate and treat adults with congenital, developmental, and acquired neurologic impairments or diseases
• Develop individualized plans of care based on examination findings, functional limitations, patient and caregiver goals, and best available evidence
• Implement plans of care using evidence-based interventions
• Perform regular reassessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members regarding care and progress toward goals
• Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on conditions, home programs, and prognosis
• Complete documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with industry standards
• Advocate for services and resources that improve patient function, quality of life, and reduce burden of care
