Comfort Keepers -  - Responsibilities:
Provides general attention to clients non-medical needs in accordance with an established plan of care.;
Performs light housekeeping tasks and maintains a clean, safe environment, including laundering of client garments and linens.;
Assists clients with meals and accompanies them on walks, trips, and appointments.;
Reminds clients to take self-administered medications and monitors for changes.;
Documents services delivered and reports changes to the supervisor, while maintaining confidentiality and professional communication.
