• Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and our staff.
• Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands‑on training and monitoring programs
• Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
• Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
• Assessment of client progress over time
• Flexible scheduling
• Choose your own hours and locations

An active Pennsylvania LBS (Licensed Behavioral Specialist) is required.

Ability to travel through selected territory is required.
