Seeking passionate and compassionate clinicians! Kaleidoscope ABA is a supportive company helping clinicians progress in the field.
- Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and our staff.
- Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands‑on training and monitoring programs
- Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
- Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
- Assessment of client progress over time
- Flexible scheduling
- Choose your own hours and locations

An active Pennsylvania LBS (Licensed Behavioral Specialist) is required.
Ability to travel through selected territory is required.
