This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist located in Chandler, AZ. The role involves assessing and developing treatment plans for children with varying developmental, physical, and sensory needs. Responsibilities include providing therapy sessions, collaborating with families and caregivers, documenting patient progress, and assisting in achieving specific developmental milestones. The therapist will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care and promote optimal outcomes for each child.

• Strong foundation and experience in Occupational Therapy, with knowledge of evaluation techniques and intervention plans.
• Understanding of Pediatric therapy principles and developmental milestones specific to children.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members.
• Experience in Medicine and Rehabilitation focused on pediatric care.
• Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented professional approach.
• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Arizona or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience working with children with special needs is a plus.
