SEASONAL FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER Marriott Phoenix Chandler Hotel | Pyramid Global Hospitality Seasonal Position:

The Marriott Phoenix Chandler Hotel, managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking an experienced and service-driven Seasonal Food & Beverage Manager to lead and support our Food & Beverage operations during our peak seasonal period. This position is responsible for the daily operations of our restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service, as applicable. The Food & Beverage Manager provides hands‑on leadership, ensures exceptional guest experience, maintains high standards of service and sanitation, and supports the financial success of the department.

The seasonal assignment will run from December 1 through May 1. At the conclusion of the seasonal assignment, there may be an opportunity for the successful candidate to continue with Pyramid Global Hospitality in a Task Force Food & Beverage leadership role from May 1 through September 1, supporting other properties and operational needs within the organization. Permanent opportunities may also become available based on business needs, performance, and availability.

The ideal candidate is an energetic hospitality professional who enjoys being visible on the floor, developing associates, creating memorable guest experiences, and supporting hotel operations in a fast-paced environment.
