Summer Intern - Human Resources

• 12 Week Paid Summer internship
• Hands-on experience in a healthcare Human Resources setting
• Mentorship & Guidance from certified and experienced HR professionals
• Experience contributing to outcomes related to recruiting, compliance procedures, and other HR functions

• Enrollment in Associate's or Bachelor's Program in related field of study (i.e. Human Resources, Healthcare Admin, Business, etc..)
• Interest in Human Resources as a career path.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Assist in the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Manage employee data, payroll processing, and benefits administration using iSolved.
• Support recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
• Assist in performance management processes, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support compliance efforts, including audits, reporting, and policy updates.
