EntryLevel Recruiter

JCO Workforce Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Entry‑Level Recruiter to join our growing staffing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate who wants to launch a career in recruiting, sales, human resources, or the staffing industry.

You do not need previous recruiting experience. We’re looking for someone who is competitive, personable, organized, and eager to learn.

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, Linked In, social media, and other recruiting resources
• Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Match candidates with job opportunities based on their skills and experience
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in our systems
• Work closely with Account Managers and other members of the recruiting team
• Help meet recruiting goals in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Learn the staffing industry and develop into a successful professional recruiter

• Recent college graduate or someone early in their professional career
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable talking with people on the phone
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self‑motivated, competitive, and goal‑oriented
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous customer service, sales, recruiting, hospitality, or internship experience is a plus
