This role leads the full lifecycle recruiting process, sources and builds pipelines, and maintains relationships with hiring managers and candidates to promote the firm’s brand across markets.
The ideal candidate will manage candidate communications, prescreening, scheduling interviews, and offers within policy guidelines, while ensuring timely feedback and compliant records in ATS.
