Insight’s Google Solution Line is a nimble team designed to build a services‑led future. As a Regional Google Alliance Manager, you aren't just managing a partnership; you are architecting a services engine and engineering a position of influence across Google’s most strategic enterprise account teams. This role exists to ensure Insight wins where it matters most in the Google ecosystem: complex, services‑led enterprise transformations.
The Regional Google Alliance Manager is accountable for turning Google field alignment into real services pipeline by embedding Insight early in AI, data, infrastructure modernization, Workspace, Gemini Enterprise, and cloud transformation conversations. You will serve as the indispensable bridge between Google’s Partner and Field Sales teams with Insight’s elite sales and delivery experts, ensuring every engagement is backed by world‑class Professional Services and accelerating cloud consumption across your territory.
Relationship Orchestration & Recalibration: Build high‑level "Service‑First" alliances with Google Regional Co‑Sell Leads, Field Sales Reps (FSRs) and monitor territory "Relationship Health Scores" to ensure Insight achieves “preferred partner” status status with Google field teams. Increased attach rate of Professional Services to Google‑sourced opportunities.
Services Pipeline Origination: Proactively hunt and qualify high‑value Professional Services leads within Google’s Enterprise and Strategic accounts that generate multi‑million‑dollar, services‑led pipeline creation, and increased attach rate of Professional Services to Google‑sourced opportunities within the assigned region. Specifically targeting those most closely aligned to Google’s GTM strategy, such as:
- GenAI & Gemini‑based enterprise adoption
- Data modernization, analytics, and AI‑ready platforms
- Cloud infrastructure transformation (GCP, VMware, hybrid)
- Application modernization and cloud‑native development
- Security, governance, and enterprise readiness services
- Workspace and Gemini Enterprise
Territory & Account Mapping: Facilitate "marriage brokering" between Google field sales reps and Insight’s Account Executives to unlock dormant accounts and create a seamless co‑sell motion.
AI‑First Co‑Sell Leadership: Champion Insight’s AI services and Gemini‑led solutions by inserting Insight early into customer AI roadmap discussions alongside Google field teams, ensuring services‑led adoption from strategy through execution.
Strategic Co‑Selling & Scaling: Navigate complex "Direct" accounts to position Insight's services where Google cannot, building a regional plan that scales to a multi‑million dollar pipeline.
Executive Presence & QBRs: Prepare and lead executive‑level engagement and Q cadence with Google leadership that prioritize "Services Value" and regional health. Consistent.
Precise Forecasting: Maintain accurate, services‑heavy sales pipeline and provide weekly health reports to the Google Solution Line leadership.
What we’re looking forCloud Enterprise
Experience:
7+ years in partner management or alliance roles ideally working with "Big 3" cloud providers (GCP preferred).
The Challenger Mindset: Proven ability to navigate "co‑opetition" and influence Google field teams and leadership.
Services & Solution DNA: Deep understanding of the GCP Services lifecycle, with a strong grasp of how Insight’s portfolio integrates with Workspace and Data modernization.
Sales Hunter DNA: A documented track record of creating original leads through the partner field rather than relying on internal general sales assignments.
