Job Description
OverviewThis role requires 7 to 10 years of experience and focuses on designing and deploying CTI Platform services and cloud database solutions using AWS and Azure.
Roles & Responsibilities- Assist in designing and deploying CTI Platform service designs and AWS/Azure database services in alignment with architectural governance, standards, and policies.
- Facilitate deployment of complex technical solutions by developing templates, Terraform modules, Ansible playbooks, and automation scripts.
- Identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency of service implementation, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in AWS Dev Ops and Azure Dev Ops.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Python, and Bash scripting.
- Ability to code and automate integrations in AWS and/or Azure environments.
- Infrastructure as Code experience (minimum 2 years).
- Experience with CI/CD toolsets such as Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Ansible Tower.
- Strong communication skills and adherence to Dev Ops culture practices.
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems.
- Experience with container technologies.
- Understanding of Kubernetes, Red Hat Open Shift, Redis, Mongo
DB, and Single Store.
