Power Platform Developer - Hybrid

10 is currently seeking a Power Platform Developer for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ or Charlotte, NC. This is a contract to hire opportunity.

We are looking for a Power Platform developer who can design and build business applications using Microsoft Dataverse as the core data platform. This role will focus on automating workflows with Power Automate, building applications with Power Apps, and enabling reporting and insights using Power BI. The ideal candidate will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Information Security Analysis.

• Design and build automated workflows using Power Automate
• Create and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles
• Build end to end solutions using Power Apps (model driven and/or canvas apps)
• Integrate Power Automate flows with Power Apps and Dataverse
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards using Dataverse and other connected data sources
• Implement approval workflows, notifications, and data driven processes
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and document Power Platform solutions
• Follow enterprise governance, security, and environment management practices
• Collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into working solutions

• 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
• Hands on experience with Power Automate
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse
• Experience building applications using Power Apps
• Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards
• Solid understanding of connectors, triggers, actions, and flow design patterns
• Ability to deliver production ready, well documented solutions

• Experience with Power Platform Solutions and deployment across environments
• Familiarity with Dev/Test/Prod environment strategy
• Experience working in regulated or large enterprise environments
• Basic understanding of data modeling and reporting best practices

$59.53 - $67.53 per hour
