Internal Cloud Demand Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Internal Cloud Demand Manager to join their dynamic team. As an Internal Cloud Demand Manager, you will be an integral part of the Cloud Operations Department supporting the Cloud Portfolio Management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Internal Cloud Demand Manager

Location: Chandler, AZ - Local candidate only. Hybrid work model with 3 days onsite per week.

• Manage end-to-end demand intake, evaluation, normalization, and prioritization for Internal Cloud Platform services.
• Produce accurate demand forecasts and align demand with platform capacity, funding models, and delivery constraints.
• Own the demand management process, including intake criteria, reporting cadence, and process improvements.
• Analyze intake requests, model capacity impacts, and maintain demand backlogs.
• Integrate demand data into planning, governance, and financial management workflows.

• 4-5 years of experience managing demand intake, prioritization, or portfolio planning for shared technology services.
• Strong analytical skills with experience modeling capacity constraints, utilization, and delivery tradeoffs.
• Familiarity with cloud or infrastructure consumption patterns.
• Experience working with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
