10 is currently seeking a Business Analyst for an onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Chandler, AZ, or Jacksonville, FL. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This position is for a Business Analyst who will act as the primary interface between business partners, solution architects, and cross-organizational technology teams. As part of an Agile Scrum team, the analyst will analyze current processes and systems, assess the business model, and capture requirements to be refined into executable specifications for the development team.

• Act as the primary interface with business partners, solution architects, and technology teams
• Analyze current processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology
• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, and capture their requirements
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to evaluate features, write effective user stories, and document business rules
• Work with the Development Team to review technical design, identify enablers, and refine requirements into specifications
• Support UAT and SIT testers to clarify requirements

• Must have excellent analytical skills and at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience documenting detailed functional and technical requirements
• Experience with .Net Core, Microsoft SSIS, and MS SQL Server
• Working knowledge of agile tools such as JIRA
• Experience with Agile methodologies, feature writing, story grooming, and sprint planning
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to facilitate discussions
• Self-motivated and requires minimal supervision
• Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills

Pay range: $43.56 - $51.56 per hour
