Intra Edge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative marketing solutions for the higher education industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of higher education marketing challenges and opportunities, as well as a proven track record of success in leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive student recruitment, engagement, and retention.

• Lead the architecture and design of complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with higher education business.
• Integrate data, perform data cleansing, and implement SMS, mobile, and social media marketing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Education Cloud using the Marketing Cloud Connector.
• Collaborate with external sales and alliances teams to develop go-to-market strategies, proposed service offerings, and proposals for higher education clients.
• Utilize Interaction Studio, Automation Studio, analytics, and social media tools to optimize marketing campaigns.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and use of Automation Studio, Interaction Studio, and SMS/mobile marketing.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as FERPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics.
• Understanding of marketing automation platforms.
