Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Production Support Engineer – Autosys / Scheduling (AZ) to join their team. As a Production Support Engineer – Autosys / Scheduling (AZ), you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting critical enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to support and troubleshooting, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Manage and support Autosys job scheduling and workflows in a production environment
• Perform troubleshooting and incident resolution for job failures and system issues
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, and vendors
• Implement security policies and access controls for scheduling components
• Support disaster recovery activities and system re-architecture initiatives

What's Needed?

• Extensive experience with Autosys administration and support
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Perl for automation and integrations
• Knowledge of security policies including EEM, IAM, and role-based access controls
• Experience supporting large-scale, complex systems with over 1,000 applications
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
