As a Database Administrator III, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting multiple project initiatives. • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of complex database solutions using new technologies.
• Manage multiple projects, including SQL 2016 migrations to SQL 2022, and support core business functions such as DMTEA and GIS.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and proactively maintain system stability across high-tier environments.
• Support SQL BAU activities and provide on‑call support during after-hours as needed.
• Lead technical knowledge sharing and collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.

• 10+ years of experience in SQL Server Administration, including Always On performance tuning.
• Prior experience with Bank of America (BoA) systems is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with MS SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Query Store, and Linux knowledge.
• Experience with other RDBMS such as Tiger Graph, Redis, or Cockroach
  
  DB is a plus.
• Excellent customer interaction skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
