10 is currently seeking an Apptio Platform Analyst for a Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is part of a dynamic team responsible for establishing the Enterprise Demand Management capability using the Apptio platform. The ideal candidate will own the process from requirements discovery to solution design and hands‑on configuration of workflows, forms, and reporting. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days per week onsite.

• Own requirements discovery and translation into solution design by facilitating workshops and documenting user stories/acceptance criteria
• Build and configure the Apptio demand intake and routing solution, including forms, workflow steps, validation rules, and status models
• Implement governance controls to enforce demand quality at the point of submission
• Develop reporting and KPI insights to support operational governance and leadership visibility
• Partner with process owners, Finance/Fin Ops, Architecture, and platform teams to ensure the solution is aligned to enterprise policy
• Design and support data mapping and integration needs to enable traceable demand records
• Execute controlled SDLC delivery, including backlog grooming, sprint execution, testing, and release management
• Drive UAT readiness and cutover execution to meet time‑fenced milestones
• Maintain strong documentation for requirements, design decisions, test cases, and runbooks
• Serve as a seasoned technical resource with hands‑on build capability
• Continuously identify opportunities to standardize intake patterns and improve process efficiency through automation

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise platform development/configuration and/or technology process automation (e.g., TBM/Apptio, PPM, ITSM, workflow platforms)
• Demonstrated experience delivering workflow‑based enterprise solutions with integrations, reporting, and controlled SDLC practices
• Working knowledge of data modeling, integrations (API/ETL), and reporting/analytics in enterprise environments
• Experience operating in an Agile delivery environment with strong documentation, testing discipline, and stakeholder management
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Service Now

• Experience with Apptio (TBM Studio / Apptio One / related modules) or similar financial/operational management platforms
• Familiarity with Demand Management, PPM, ITIL intake, and governance/tollgate models
• Experience integrating with Service Now, Remedy, financial systems, or data warehouses
• Understanding of Fin Ops, cost allocation, and unit‑cost (P
  * Q) concepts
• Strong data skills including data quality checks, reconciliation, and variance analysis
• Hands‑on Apptio development experience (data tables/transforms, data model/metrics, reporting/dashboards)

$47.47 - $55.47 per hour
