Roles & Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and maintain IBM MQ environments across Unix/Linux/Windows platforms
* Troubleshoot MQ-related issues such as message backlogs, channel failures, connectivity issues, and application errors []
* Support Production messaging environments and perform root cause analysis for root cause failures.
* Troubleshoot Kafka cluster health checks and performance monitoring.
* Support kafka configuration changes and topic management.
* Provide operational support for TIBCO messaging components.
