Technical Project Manager​/Scrum Master - Hybrid

10 is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role will support a multi-year modernization and expansion of Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities for the Active Directory environment, leveraging both Hashi Corp Vault and Cyber Ark platforms. The program involves new vaulting deployments, enhancement of existing environments, and enterprise workflow integration. This position requires a minimum of 3 days per week on site.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and portfolio stakeholders to define target business outcomes, success metrics, and delivery priorities
• Support portfolio level planning, delivery coordination, and dependency management across multiple programs, projects, and work streams
• Provide visibility into portfolio health, delivery status, risks, dependencies, financials, and outcomes to senior management
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, integration, and delivery of programs and projects of varying complexity
• Define and manage scope, schedule, milestones, budget, financials, and resourcing
• Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments across initiatives
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate to initiative needs
• Track and roll up delivery of Epics, Features, and Stories to portfolio level objectives using Agile tools
• Manage program and project financials, forecasts, budgets, and expense tracking
• Oversee and manage delivery performance of vendors, suppliers, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure initiatives comply with Enterprise Change Management Policies, standards, and controls

Requirements:

• Typically 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, and/or Technical Project/Program Management roles
• Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or technology programs (e.g., cloud transformation, network modernization, platform engineering)
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Experience operating within Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks)
• Experience with Agile methodologies:
  Scrum, Kanban, SAFe / scaled Agile concepts
• Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Jira Align, Confluence) and MS Project, Visio, Excel, Power Point
• Broad technical background supporting infrastructure, networking, Public Cloud, and AI technologies
• Understanding of financial services and/or regulated environments
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect delivery execution to measurable business outcomes
• Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills
• Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training

• PMP certification
• Certified Scrum Master
• SAFe / Agile certifications
• Release Train Engineer (RTE)
• PM / PO certifications

Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour
