As our Training Assistant
, you are the engine under the hood of our training department. In the fast-paced world of autonomous vehicles, "good enough" isn’t an option—precision is. You will serve as the primary architect for our LMS, ensuring that every training initiative is deployed seamlessly, tracked rigorously, and reported accurately. This is an onsite role, hiring in Tempe, AZ or Novi, MI.
- Serve as the Primary Administrator for our LMS, managing user groups, course versioning, and curriculum assignments.
- Troubleshoot technical hurdles for learners and ensure the digital learning environment is frictionless.
- Audit the system regularly to ensure all training content is up-to-date and correctly mapped to specific roles.
- The Guardrail:
In the heavily regulated AV industry, you are the gatekeeper. You’ll generate and analyze compliance reports to ensure 100% training completion for safety-critical roles. - Assist in updating and maintaining team dashboards so Training Managers always have a clear view of progress.
- Maintain "audit-ready" digital records, ensuring we meet all Task Us and client compliance standards at a moment's notice.
- Onboarding Orchestration:
Coordinate the digital logistics for new hire classes, ensuring every teammate has the right access and learning paths assigned on Day 1. - Trainer Support:
Act as the "right hand" to the training team, offloading administrative burdens so they can focus on high-level facilitation. - Process Agility:
Identify bottlenecks in our current workflows and propose "smarter, not harder" digital solutions to keep us agile.
- You are comfortable with technology and ready to dive into the Learning Management System (LMS).
- You take pride in accuracy. You understand that in a regulated industry, small details matter, and you double-check your work to ensure our data stays clean and reliable.
- You're organized and ready to jump in where needed. When tasks change or new priorities pop up, you stay focused and can manage your to-do list without breaking a sweat.
- You have a knack for taking technical information and explaining it in a way that is simple and easy for your teammates to understand.
- Experience:
6 months experience in an office, administrative, or customer support role. We are looking for someone who understands a professional environment and is ready to grow. - Industry Savvy:
Have exposure to fast-paced or detail-oriented fields—like tech, logistics. - Tools:
Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups and pivot tables are your best friends).
