Description

• Translates business needs into technical solutions by analysing complex data, defining system requirements, and collaborating with both technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation and system integration.
• Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, creating technical specifications and user stories, performing data analysis, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify areas for improvement, mitigate technology risks, and help ensure that technology investments align with organizational goals.

• Critical analysis skills with ability to communicate with partners and extract relevant information to fully understand requirements.
• Strong mix of analytical and technical knowledge to translate requirements into deliverables.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels seniority and technical abilities.
• Project Management skills with ability to prioritize requirements.
• Exposure to delivering in a large, complex corporate environment.

• Strong overall IT knowledge and understanding of business relationship requirements.
• Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or equivalent experience.
• Exposure to process management and risks and controls.
