Job Description We are seeking a Database Administrator III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in SQL Server administration, performance tuning, and high availability and a proven ability to design, implement, and optimize complex database platforms while leading initiatives with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement complex SQL Server databases, including high-tier environments. Lead or contribute to multiple moderately complex projects and special initiatives. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on database best practices, methods, and standards. Perform advanced performance tuning and optimization, including Always On configuration and troubleshooting. Evaluate complex issues using in-depth analysis and exercise judgment within established policies.

Assign work, resolve problems, and mentor team members as needed. Automate operational tasks, monitoring, and maintenance where applicable. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

10+ years of hands-on SQL Server Administration in enterprise environments. Expertise with Always On availability groups, performance tuning, and optimization for large, high-tier systems. Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing complex database solutions. Ability to lead initiatives and operate with minimal supervision in a project-driven environment. Preferred

Skills:

MS SQL DBA experience within banking, preferably on the Application DBA side. Strong sense of problem ownership and client accountability. Linux administration and scripting proficiency (Shell, Python). Experience automating operations, monitoring, and maintenance for Tiger Graph or other No
