10 is currently seeking a Process Management Consultant - Hybrid for a 12+ month contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ.
This role acts as the primary liaison between Enterprise Process Management (EPM) and the Process Management community, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards. The consultant will drive proactive engagement on process design, change approvals, and remediation strategies, fostering strong partnerships across lines of business and risk partners to ensure alignment and timely execution of priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end tracking of Enterprise Process Management (EPM) and Global Tech (GT) deliverables
- Effectively manage the Core Technology Infrastructure's Single Process Inventory (SPI) ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
- Act as the primary liaison between EPM and the Process Management community, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards
- Provide subject matter expertise on process lifecycle management, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Oversee portfolio health and performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities
- Champion automation and modernization initiatives, introducing tools and workflows that streamline operations
- Prepare and deliver strategic updates for senior leadership forums and risk committees
- Partner with cross-functional teams and second-line risk partners to proactively manage operational and compliance risk
- Influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization to embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in process governance, operational risk, or relationship management roles
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week in the office
Desired skills:
- MBA or certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma
- Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and delivering measurable outcomes
Pay range: $78.03 - $86.03 per hour
