Job Description We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (Azure) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Azure services, IaC with Terraform, CI/CD, and observability platforms and a proven ability to automate operations, improve reliability, and reduce toil through software-driven solutions. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Development and Infrastructure teams to implement monitoring and observability as designed by the SRE Lead. Mentor SRE resources on reliability practices, tools, and established capabilities. Develop and maintain a catalog of extensible reliability scripts, tools, and libraries for instrumentation, automation, and operations. Partner with application teams to integrate common reliability libraries and tooling into codebases and workflows. Engage as an SME in major incident triage, failure scenario modeling, and root cause investigations with Problem Management.

Identify reliability gaps, reduce alert noise, and deliver automated solutions that reduce manual support effort. Participate in an on-call rotation with Production Support to inform reliability improvements and dashboards. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and platform services.

Experience with Terraform or Terraform Enterprise, or comparable infrastructure-as-code tooling. Working knowledge of Azure networking (VNets, subnets, route tables, firewalls, DNS, private endpoints, load balancing).

Experience with observability platforms such as Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana.

Experience with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, or Git Hub Actions. Scripting or programming with Python, Power Shell, Bash, or similar languages. Understanding of cloud resiliency, high availability, logging, monitoring, and operational support practices. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with globally distributed engineering and operations teams. Preferred

Skills:

Microsoft Azure certification. Experience in financial services, regulated technology, or enterprise-scale environments.

Experience with AKS, ACR, Kubernetes, and container-based deployment models.

Experience with Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI/GenAI platform operations, model-serving observability, or AI platform readiness. Familiarity with SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs, incident response, problem management, post-incident reviews, and toil reduction.
